Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel/reschedule, please be courteous and notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you do not show up, we do not get paid. It is important for us to know in advance so we can fill your time slot.

If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, or no call/no show, you will be charged the full price of your session via credit card saved on file.

In person training clients, if you cancel your session less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, that session will be counted toward your package. I understand emergencies do happen, and we can discuss makeup sessions on an as needed basis .
